ELIGIBILITY

• Must be 21 years or older

• Must be a legal resident of Michigan

• Employees (and their immediate family members) of BREEZE Canna and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotion agencies are not eligible to participate

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.  

• The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes at any time without prior notice.  

• The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries.

• The Sponsor is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, network failures, or other problems that may limit or prevent online entry.

• The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to any person or property relating to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes or the awarding or use of the prize.

 

ENTRY PERIOD

- Begins: April 17, 2025, at 12:01 AM EST

- Ends: April 20, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST

 

HOW TO ENTER

REQUIRED STEPS:

• Visit www.breezecanna.com/420-consumer-incentive-2025

• Complete the entry form with: • Full name • Valid email address • Instagram (@handle) or TikTok (@handle) username • Must be following @breeze_canna on the platform provided

• Entry will be verified through social media handle confirmation

• BONUS ENTRY (Optional): Upload a receipt from any BREEZE Canna purchase made between April 14-20, 2025. Each receipt upload counts as one (1) additional entry.

• Receipt must clearly show: • Store name • Date of purchase • BREEZE Canna product(s) • Receipt number

ENTRY LIMITS:

• One (1) base entry per person

• Maximum of five (5) bonus entries with valid purchase receipts

• All entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST on April 20, 2025

VERIFICATION:

• Social media follows will be verified before winner selection

• Unfollowing @breeze_canna before winner selection will void entry

• Invalid or duplicate entries will be disqualified

 

PRIZE DETAILS

Grand Prize (Two (2) Winners):

• One (1) travel package valued at $3,000

• Must be redeemed through Cadalliac Travel. A BREEZE Canna representative will connect the winner with a travel agent. 

• Must book travel by July 31, 2025. 

Secondary Prizes (Twenty-Eight (34) Winners):

• Each secondary prize winner will have the choice of one (1) of the following prizes (valued at approximately $250 each):

  • Apple AirPods

  • Oura Ring

  • DoorDash Gift Card

  • Ticketmaster Gift Card

  • Visa Gift Card

Total Approximate Retail Value of All Prizes: $10,000

 

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

• Random drawing will be conducted around April 30th.

• Winner will be notified via email at the provided email address. 

• Winner must claim prize within 24 hours of notification. If prize is unclaimed, an alternate winner may be selected.

• Winners must present valid government-issued ID and a completed W9 to claim prize. 

• Failure to comply with these requirements may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.

 

ENTRY LIMITATIONS & DISQUALIFACTION

• Automated entries are prohibited and will be disqualified.

• The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry suspected of tampering, fraud, or automated participation at its sole discretion.

• By entering, participants agree to the collection and use of their information in accordance with BREEZE Canna’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.breezecanna.com/privacy-policy. 

• California residents may review their privacy rights under the CCPA at https://oag.ca.gov/privacy/ccpa.

 

GOVERNING LAW:

• All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Michigan.

 

RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION:

• By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

 

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash

• No prize substitutions are permitted

• The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes

• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to a publicity release

•  Void where prohibited by law
