Official Terms & Conditions - BREEZE Canna 4/20 Budtender Incentive Program

ELIGIBILITY

Must be an active budtender at a Michigan dispensary that uses Sparkplug
Must be 21 years or older
Must be employed at the participating dispensary during the entire program period
Employees of BREEZE Canna and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate

PROGRAM PERIOD

Begins: April 17, 2025, at 12:01 AM EST
Ends: April 20, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

No registration required
Participation is automatic for budtenders at dispensaries using Sparkplug
Sales will be automatically tracked through Sparkplug platform
Each BREEZE Canna unit sold during the program period counts as one qualifying sale
Prize tiers are determined by total units sold during the program period

PRIZE DETAILS

Tier 3 Prize (One (1) Winner):

$3,000 vacation credit through Cadillac Travel
Qualification: 75+ units sold
Must be redeemed by July 31, 2025

Tier 2 Prizes (Eight (8) Winners):

$350 value prize
Qualification: 25+ units sold

Tier 1 Prizes (Twenty-Five (25) Winners):

$150 value prize
Qualification: 15+ units sold

Total Approximate Retail Value of All Prizes: $10,200

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Sales data will be pulled from Sparkplug on April 21, 2025
Winners will be announced on April 23, 2025
Winners will be notified through their dispensary management
Winners must present valid government-issued ID and a completed W9 to claim prize
Prizes must be claimed within 14 days of notification
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner

GENERAL RULES

By participating in the Program, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Program at any time without prior notice
The Sponsor is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, network failures, or other problems that may affect sales tracking
The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to any person or property relating to or resulting from participating in the Program

By participating, participants agree to the collection and use of their information in accordance with BREEZE Canna's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.breezecanna.com/privacy-policy. California residents may review their privacy rights under the CCPA at https://oag.ca.gov/privacy/ccpa.

GOVERNING LAW

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Sponsor in connection with the Program, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Michigan.

RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION

By participating in the Program, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Program or the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
No prize substitutions are permitted
Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes
By accepting prizes, winners agree to a publicity release
Void where prohibited by law
BREEZE Canna reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time
